These terms apply to the public website at concre.app operated by Concre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631448W), 16 Jalan Kilang Timor, #07-08, Redhill Forum, Singapore 159308. The separate Creator Terms, Brand Terms and Campaign Agreement govern accounts and paid bookings. By using this public website, you agree to these Website Terms.

1. Information and availability

The site describes Concre’s services and may let you join a waitlist, enquire or follow a link to the Creator app or Brand dashboard. Descriptions, examples and estimated results are information only; a Campaign, price or Creator booking exists only when accepted under the applicable product terms. We may update the site or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance or security. We will correct material errors that we identify.

2. Your submissions

Provide accurate contact details and do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit or harmful material through forms or other site features. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, bypass security or impersonate another person. You must have authority to submit information about another person or business. A waitlist entry is a request for contact, not a guaranteed place or a paid booking. The Website and Waitlist Privacy Notice explains how we handle submissions. Promotional messages are subject to the choices and unsubscribe methods shown when sent.

3. Website content and links

Concre owns or licenses the site’s text, graphics and branding. You may view the site and share a link to it, but may not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission. A link to another service does not mean Concre operates or endorses it. The linked service’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Do not use Concre’s name or logo in a way that suggests sponsorship without our permission.

4. Responsibility and law

We take reasonable steps to keep the site accurate and secure. To the extent Singapore law permits, Concre is not responsible for loss caused solely by a third-party site, your misuse of this site or an interruption beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes about this public site may be brought before the Singapore courts, subject to mandatory law that applies elsewhere.
