Creator Terms

Version 1.3 | 20 October 2026

These Terms govern an individual’s use of Concre’s Creator app. Concre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631448W) operates the platform. A paid booking also has a Campaign Agreement identifying the Brand, the Creator, the work, fee and usage rights. If that agreement states a booking-specific commercial term, it controls that booking; these Terms continue to govern use of Concre.

1. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use your own account. Your legal name is used in Campaign Agreements; your display name may be used on your profile. You confirm your legal name when you sign each Campaign Agreement. If it is wrong, correct it in account settings before signing and ask Concre to regenerate any affected agreement. A corrected agreement must be signed again.

You must connect a supported Stripe account and complete Stripe’s identity and payout checks before joining paid work. You must connect the relevant Instagram or TikTok account to take part in a booking that requires it. Concre may restrict a booking if a required connection ends. You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive, including any registration or reporting duties that apply to you.

2. Opportunities and booking

Concre may invite you to a Campaign by email or show an opportunity in the app. An initial expression of interest and rate card are not a confirmed booking. For a confidential Campaign, the early summary will state the deliverables and proposed usage rights but may withhold confidential details. The Brand may select you from a shortlist. A booking becomes binding when you sign its Campaign Agreement and the Brand accepts the same version through its checkout flow. If the Brand does not accept and pay within 14 days after checkout becomes available, the proposed booking expires unless both sides agree a new arrangement.

The Campaign opens for work only after Concre confirms the Brand’s upfront payment through Stripe. For a confidential Campaign, you sign the Brand’s NDA before receiving the full brief. If the full brief contains materially new work, restrictions or usage rights, you may decline or request a revised price before beginning work. Concre will put only your affected booking on hold. A revised booking requires both sides’ recorded agreement. Starting a storyboard after receiving the full brief confirms acceptance of that brief only to the extent it matches the signed Campaign Agreement; it does not silently grant broader rights or waive a material change.

3. Work and deadlines

Perform the agreed work professionally, follow the brief and law, and submit the milestones specified in the Campaign Agreement. Interim dates guide the workflow unless the agreement says otherwise. The final delivery or posting date is firm. You may request an extension in the Campaign chat; it takes effect only when both you and the Brand agree through Concre. While a dispute or payment chargeback on your booking is open, its deadlines are paused, and they continue afterwards with the time that was left. A disputed change puts only the affected booking on hold while Concre reviews it.

The Brand must review content before any agreed Creator post is published. The standard booking includes two revision rounds for a video, unless the Campaign Agreement expressly says otherwise. A revision is a request within the agreed brief; materially new work or rights require a new agreement and price. You bear your own production and travel costs unless the Campaign Agreement expressly makes the Brand responsible for a stated cost.

4. Fees and payout

The Campaign Agreement shows the gross Creator Fee, Concre’s fixed 5% Creator service fee and the net amount payable to you. The 5% applies to paid Campaigns, jobs and Event appearances, and is calculated on the Creator Fee actually payable. Approved expenses are not subject to that deduction. The Brand pays upfront in one checkout for all selected Creators. For each accepted booking, you authorise Concre to collect your Creator Fee from the Brand on your behalf and administer its transfer or refund under the Campaign Agreement. Concre’s Brand invoice identifies your fee as collected on your behalf. Stripe processes funds and Concre instructs a payout to your connected Stripe account when the contractual release condition is met.

For Creator-posted work, submit the agreed live URL and any required partnership code; if no genuine dispute is raised through Concre within two business days, Concre will initiate payment. For Brand-posted work, submit the final file after the agreed revision process. If the Brand does not identify a specific, brief-based defect through Concre within two business days, that file is deemed approved for payout and the agreed content rights, and Concre will initiate payment. The Brand may approve either payout earlier. Its own posting date does not delay payment. Payout initiation is subject to a payment failure, lawful hold or Stripe processing time. An open dispute pauses only the affected Creator booking. For paid Event attendance, the Brand’s attendance confirmation triggers release, or Concre will initiate payment two business days after the agreed Event ends if no genuine dispute is raised, subject to the same holds and processing time.

For the content review and paid Event no-dispute periods, a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. The period starts when the agreed completion evidence is submitted or the Event ends. If this happens on a non-business day, the period starts at the same Singapore time on the next business day. It ends at the same Singapore time two business days after it starts.

5. Cancellation and incomplete work

If the Brand cancels ordinary content work for convenience, the Creator Fee payable is the highest stage properly reached: 0% before qualifying work; 25% after a compliant storyboard or agreed concept is submitted; 50% after production begins and you provide reasonable evidence; 75% after a complete draft is delivered; and 100% after publication or delivery of final approved Brand-posted files. These stages are alternatives, not cumulative. If the booking has no storyboard or agreed concept, the 25% stage does not apply. Any approved, evidenced, non-refundable expense is considered separately. Your 5% service fee applies only to the Creator Fee payable.

If you cannot perform before work begins, Concre may offer the Brand a replacement. If none is accepted, the Brand receives the full amount for your booking, including its platform fee, and you receive no Creator Fee. If you delete your account or disconnect a required payout account, Concre may pause the booking and payment while it resolves the matter. A payment already earned for approved or used work is not automatically forfeited because you close an account; you must provide a lawful payout route to receive it. Material new requirements in a confidential full brief may be declined before work. If no revised agreement is reached before any work, your booking ends without a fee and the Brand receives the entire booking amount back.

For a paid Event, a Brand cancellation before you attend ordinarily ends the appearance fee, unless the Campaign Agreement expressly provides for an earned preparation fee or approved expense. If you do not attend as agreed, the Brand may receive a full refund after review. A change of date requires your agreement; Concre records any resulting cancellation under the agreement. If you attend an event to film or post agreed content, this is a content Campaign and its content completion and Brand-cancellation rules apply. The brief must state the venue, required attendance time and content deliverables. If the Brand proposes a new on-site filming date and you do not agree, your booking follows the content Brand-cancellation stages above. Concre retains the 20% Brand fee and pays your highest qualifying work stage, less the 5% Creator service fee. You need not attend on the proposed new date. If you miss required on-site filming without an agreed change or Brand-caused prevention, Concre will verify the no-show and refund the Brand the full amount for your booking, including the Creator Fee and its 20% Brand fee, even if you submitted a storyboard. You receive no fee for that booking.

6. Content rights and conduct

You retain copyright in your original work unless the Campaign Agreement expressly provides a separately shown and priced assignment. The Brand receives only the content uses, channels, territory, duration, start trigger, paid-ad rights, raw files and exclusivity expressly stated and priced in that agreement. A Brand may view your storyboard, preview or draft to review it, but must not publish, advertise, repost, distribute for marketing or otherwise use unfinished work as content during the Campaign. A cancellation-stage payment alone does not grant the Brand rights to that unfinished work. If the content is made solely for Brand posting, you may not post it on your own account unless the agreement permits that use. If you are to post, keep it live for the agreed minimum period, unless removal is required by law, the social platform or an agreed safety reason. A Brand may report early removal, and Concre may help pursue the remedy under the Campaign Agreement.

A time-limited licence, including paid advertising, ends after the agreed usage days. If the Brand continues using an approved final deliverable without an agreed extension, it owes you the daily excess-use penalty shown in the Campaign Agreement: 115% × (gross Creator Fee ÷ agreed usage days), rounded to the nearest cent, per Singapore calendar day or part of a day of overrun. Concre may collect it on your behalf. Payment of the penalty does not extend the licence or authorise continued use; this charge does not apply to an effective ownership assignment.

You must comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules, platform rules, intellectual-property rights and laws. Brand approval of a post does not excuse knowing infringement or an unlawful claim. Music is selected according to the category stated in the brief, but a label such as ‘copyright’ or ‘non-copyright’ is not proof of a licence. Use music only where the agreed organic or advertising use is permitted. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative or infringing material, or mislead users about results.

7. AI, privacy and safety

Concre uses OpenAI, Google Gemini and ElevenLabs to help with briefs, content checks and transcription. Relevant material, including confidential Campaign material, may be sent to them under Concre’s disclosed settings. Concre will submit Campaign material only through provider accounts and settings or agreements that prohibit use of Concre submissions to train the providers’ general models; service and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Concre’s matching and content checks run on these services, so they are part of how Concre provides the Creator app. The app explains this sharing at sign-up, and you must give permission to create an account. You may withdraw permission in the app at any time; because Concre cannot provide the app without these services, withdrawing ends your use of it and Concre will close your account under section 9. AI advice does not replace Brand review or legal compliance. The Creator Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.

You may report content or a user from a Campaign chat and may block a Brand. Concre may hide reported material while it is reviewed, put the affected booking on hold, request information and remove prohibited content. Concre reviews reports; an account is not suspended merely because a report was filed. Concre may suspend an account after review for a serious or repeated breach, fraud or unlawful use, while honouring amounts lawfully earned.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Raise a dispute through Concre promptly with the booking and evidence. Concre may hold the affected payout, speak to both sides and propose a resolution. It does not guarantee either party’s performance or replace a court. If the Brand files a payment chargeback while work is active, pause the affected booking until Concre gives further instructions. If payment is permanently lost, the Brand has no right to use unpaid content. Concre may ask for removal of an unpaid published post only after the chargeback succeeds and payment is lost. Any goodwill payment Concre chooses to make to a Creator does not give the Brand usage rights without payment.

These Terms and each Campaign Agreement are governed by Singapore law. The parties first try to resolve a dispute through Concre. If unresolved, the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a party outside Singapore.

9. Account closure and changes

You may initiate account deletion in the app or at concre.app/data-deletion. Active bookings and earned payments remain subject to their agreements. The Creator Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Notice explain what is removed and what specific records remain. Concre may change these Terms by giving notice. A material change does not alter a Campaign Agreement already accepted unless the parties agree.
