Creator Account Deletion Notice

You can request deletion in the Creator app under Account Settings or at concre.app/data-deletion. Deleting your account is different from signing out. Concre verifies the request to protect your account and confirms when deletion is complete. You do not have to phone or email support to begin the request.

What happens

After you confirm, your account is closed straight away and deleted 30 days later. To keep it, sign in to the app before then. Concre emails you when deletion is complete. Your profile and access are removed from ordinary use. A Brand’s retained booking record may show ‘Deleted user’ instead of your profile name. When deletion is completed, Concre removes your Campaign chat, unfinished drafts and ordinarily accessible hosted final files from active systems. Only a particular record legally required for an active claim or legal duty may remain in a restricted record while that need continues.

If the Brand paid for a final deliverable, Concre makes the approved file available for download at approval, before any later account deletion. The Brand’s downloaded copy remains governed by the agreed usage rights. A Brand does not gain the right to use an unfinished draft simply because it saw that draft in Campaign chat.

Concre keeps only the agreements, approvals, payment and other specific records still needed for a transaction, accounting requirement or claim. It does not keep all personal data for an automatic seven-year period. Properly anonymised information may remain. Backups are protected and overwritten under their cycle; they are not used to restore ordinary access to a deleted account.

Open bookings and payments

Deleting an account can prevent further work or a Stripe payout until the booking is resolved. The Campaign Agreement decides what work is earned, what the Brand may use and what is refunded. Deletion does not automatically erase a payment already earned for work the Brand approved or used. Concre will explain the booking status during the deletion process and may require a lawful payout route for an earned amount.
