Creator Privacy Policy

Concre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631448W) operates the Creator app. This policy explains what personal data we use when you create an account, connect a social platform, join a Campaign or Event, receive payment or delete your account. 1. Data we collect

We collect your legal name for agreements, your chosen display name, email address, required phone number, date of birth for the 18-year age rule, gender, profile photograph, biography, categories and other profile information you supply. We verify contact details through one-time codes. Concre does not require your home address for an app account. Stripe may separately ask you for identity, address, bank and tax information for its checks.

When you connect Instagram or TikTok, we receive the identifiers, public profile, audience and performance information allowed by that connection. We receive Campaign requests, prices, signed agreements, NDAs, messages, storyboards, drafts, audio, final files, live links, Event attendance, feedback, ratings, XP and dispute information. We record Creator Fees, Concre’s 5% service fee, net payouts, refunds and Stripe status or references. We also collect app feature activity, device and error information, support messages and an approximate area needed to show relevant opportunities. Precise device location is not required for nearby opportunities.

2. Why we use it

We use the information to run and secure your account; check that you are at least 18; match you with suitable Brands and opportunities; prepare shortlists and agreements; administer work and review; process payments; verify social accounts; collect agreed Campaign results; handle safety reports and disputes; provide support; improve the app; and meet legal, accounting and record duties. We ordinarily obtain post results for 30 days after a Creator publishes the Campaign post. Existing results may be included in the commissioning Brand’s report.

We send essential account, security, booking and payment messages. You may opt out of invitations to new Campaigns; this does not stop messages about an existing booking. General newsletters and future promotional SMS require the choice presented for those channels. We do not give Brands your private phone number for direct contact.

3. Who can see it

Other Creators may see your display name, username, public profile information, pinned posts, gender, badges and leaderboard position. They do not see your legal name, date of birth, phone number or private payout details through those features. A Brand sees only Creators shortlisted or booked for it. It may see your relevant profile, social statistics, quoted price and exact age, but not your date of birth. A booked Brand and its authorised team see your legal name in the agreement and itemised invoice, the work and messages shared for that booking, and its Campaign results. Concre staff access information as needed to operate, support and protect the service.

4. AI and service providers

Concre uses OpenAI, Google Gemini and ElevenLabs for brief assistance, content checks and audio transcription. The relevant text, image, video or audio, including confidential Campaign material, may be sent to the provider needed for the feature. Concre’s matching and content checks run on these providers, so they are needed to provide the Creator app. The app explains this sharing at sign-up and asks for your permission, which is required to create an account. Concre will send Campaign material only through provider accounts and settings or agreements that prohibit use of Concre submissions to train those providers’ general models. The providers still process the material to supply the feature and may retain limited service or abuse-monitoring information under their terms. Concre does not train its own general AI model on your Campaign media. AI checks are advisory and do not replace Brand review.

We also use Stripe for payments, social platforms for connected accounts, and providers for hosting, storage, communications, security and diagnostics. Some processing takes place outside Singapore. Where required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), we take steps to ensure transferred personal data receives comparable protection. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.

5. Campaign reporting and case studies

The Brand that paid for a Campaign may see identifiable results for that Campaign. Concre may use properly anonymised or aggregated results for service analysis. We will not publish your name, image or still images in a Concre case study without your separate permission. The Brand must separately approve use of its name, logo and Campaign details. Confidential Campaign information is excluded from public case studies unless the required permissions have been given. We do not treat permission for a case study as permission to publish your full finished video.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only while a stated legal or business purpose needs it, and then delete or de-identify it. Account and profile data are kept while the account is active. When your account deletion is completed, Concre removes your profile, Campaign chat, unfinished drafts and ordinarily accessible hosted final files from active systems. A particular record legally required for an active claim or legal duty may be kept in a restricted case record while that need continues.

Concre makes a paid final deliverable available to the Brand for download when it is approved, before any later account deletion. The Brand’s downloaded copy remains governed by the Campaign Agreement’s rights. Concre removes its ordinarily accessible hosted copy when deletion is completed unless a particular record is legally required for an active claim or legal duty. Signed agreements, approval records and payout records are kept only while needed to establish rights, administer a transaction, meet tax or accounting duties, or handle a specific claim. Relevant Singapore business records generally must be kept for at least five years from the relevant tax year or accounting period, as applicable. This does not mean all chat, drafts or videos are kept for five years. Properly anonymised information may be retained.

7. Account deletion and your rights

You can request deletion in the app or at concre.app/data-deletion. After you confirm, your account is closed straight away and deleted 30 days later. To keep it, sign in to the app before then. Concre emails you when deletion is complete. We may verify your request and will confirm completion. Deletion removes your account from ordinary use; the Brand may see ‘Deleted user’ in a retained booking record. It does not erase a specific record that remains necessary for a stated lawful purpose. Active bookings and earned payments remain subject to the Campaign Agreement and Creator Terms. Backups are protected and overwritten under their cycle; they are not used to restore ordinary access to a deleted profile.

You can correct your profile in the app, change communication choices, disconnect a social account or contact dpo@concre.app to request access or correction or to withdraw consent where applicable. If your legal name in an agreement is wrong, correct your account settings and ask Concre to regenerate the agreement for signature. PDPA rights and exceptions apply. Withdrawal may prevent an affected feature or booking from operating. Withdrawing permission for third-party AI processing ends your use of the Creator app, and Concre will close your account as described in the Account Deletion Notice.

8. Security, age and changes

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information. We assess suspected data breaches and notify affected people and authorities where Singapore law requires it. The Creator app is for adults aged 18 or older. We may remove an underage account. We will post changes to this policy and give additional notice where a material change requires it.
