Creator Discovery Privacy Notice

You received a Concre email because our team identified your public creator profile as a possible fit for a specific paid Brand Campaign. You do not need to join Concre or reply. Concre Pte. Ltd. How we found and use information

Our team may review publicly available Instagram or TikTok information, such as your handle, public posts, visible follower and engagement figures, apparent content categories and a public contact address. A person reviews potential Creators before outreach. We use this information to decide whether to contact you about a relevant Campaign and, if you reply, to discuss the brief and a price. We may use automated assistance to suggest fit, but a person decides whom to contact and shortlist.

An initial reply that you are interested or that provides a rate card lets us discuss that Campaign. It does not make you a booked Creator or sign you up for unrelated newsletters. If you agree to be considered at a price, we may show the Brand your public profile, relevant verified numbers and quoted price on a shortlist. We do not show the Brand your private outreach email, phone number, our internal notes or matching score. If selected, you will be asked to join the app and accept a booking-specific Campaign Agreement before work starts.

Choices and retention

Reply ‘no more Concre emails’ or contact dpo@concre.app if you do not want further discovery outreach. We will stop it and keep the minimum suppression information needed to honour the request. We remove unselected prospect information when it no longer has a current sourcing purpose; a reply or booking may need to be retained for its specific transaction or dispute purpose. We do not keep a public-profile prospect indefinitely merely because it was found online.

Email, hosting and AI assistance providers may process relevant information for Concre. Some processing may be outside Singapore; where the PDPA requires it, Concre takes steps to ensure comparable protection. You may contact dpo@concre.app to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
