Website and Waitlist Privacy Notice

Concre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631448W) operates concre.app. This notice covers visits to the public landing page, waitlist submissions and enquiries sent through the site. The Creator app and Brand dashboard have separate privacy policies. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@concre.app or write to 16 Jalan Kilang Timor, #07-08, Redhill Forum, Singapore 159308.

1. Information and purposes

When you join a waitlist or contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email, organisation or creator handle, role and message. We use it to answer you, maintain the waitlist, send the launch or access update you requested, protect the site and keep necessary business records. Joining a waitlist does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. A separate optional choice is used for newsletters or other promotional messages. You may leave a waitlist or stop optional messages through the message’s link or by contacting us.

The website also receives technical information such as page visits, browser and device information, approximate location derived from connection data, referral information and security events. We use necessary technologies to operate and protect the site and Google Analytics and PostHog to understand visits and improve it. We may use advertising tags to measure Concre promotions and show relevant Concre advertising; the Cookie and Analytics Notice explains them and the available choices. We do not ask the site for precise device location merely to display the landing page.

2. Sharing and overseas processing

Relevant information may be handled by hosting, email-delivery, analytics, security and advertising providers that support the site. Some processing may occur outside Singapore. Where Singapore’s PDPA requires it, we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection. We may disclose information to advisers or authorities where required or permitted by law. We do not sell waitlist contact details to data brokers.

3. Retention and choices

We keep waitlist details while the waitlist operates and for up to 12 months after access invitations have been sent; we then delete or de-identify them unless a specific legal or business need remains. Enquiry records are kept while needed to resolve the enquiry or a related claim. Analytics records are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for measurement and improvement. We do not apply an automatic seven-year period to website visitor data.

You may contact dpo@concre.app to ask for access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request removal from the waitlist. PDPA rights and exceptions apply. We use reasonable safeguards and will post changes to this notice, with additional notice where a material change requires it.
