Community Standards
Version 1.0 | 12 October 2026
Concre is for lawful Brand and Creator marketing work. These Standards apply to Campaign briefs, profiles, chat, uploads, Events and content submitted through the platform. They supplement the Brand Terms, Creator Terms and each Campaign Agreement.
Content and behaviour we do not allow
Do not use Concre to solicit or promote unlawful goods or services, vice activity, sexual exploitation, pornography or explicit nudity, illegal drugs, fraud, scams, violence, harassment, threats, hate, impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload material that unlawfully exposes another person’s private information. Do not submit false social results, misleading product claims or content designed to evade Concre’s checks. A Brand must not require a Creator to break advertising or social-platform rules. A Creator must not knowingly post unlawful or undisclosed paid advertising.
The Brand must state the required deliverables, rights, claims, disclosures and whether the Creator should use music in the ‘copyright’ or ‘non-copyright’ category. Those labels do not themselves grant a music licence. Each party must make sure its own instructions, supplied materials and uses are lawful. Concre may refuse Campaigns involving prohibited goods or activity even if a Brand argues that its particular advertisement is lawful.
Reporting and review
Each Campaign chat has a report control. Users may block one another. A report should identify the content, booking and concern; do not forward unlawful material unnecessarily. Concre may automatically flag text, images, video or audio and may hide a flagged item until a person reviews it. Automated flags assist review and are not a final finding. Concre aims to review urgent safety reports promptly and other reports within two business days, but complex disputes may take longer. Concre may contact the parties for evidence, remove material, restrict a feature or put only the affected Campaign booking on hold. It does not suspend an account merely because a report was made.
After review, Concre may reject or stop prohibited work or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach. It will apply the Campaign Agreement’s earned-work and refund rules and mandatory law; it does not automatically confiscate all prepaid Creator Fees. Concre may make lawful disclosures to authorities when necessary. Concre does not promise to examine every uploaded item before another authorised booking participant sees it.
