Cookie and Analytics Notice

This notice applies to concre.app and the Brand web dashboard. The Creator app’s data practices are explained in the Creator Privacy Policy. Concre Pte. Ltd. uses browser storage and similar technologies to operate its site and dashboard and to understand how people use them.

Necessary technology

We use session and security storage to keep a person signed in, remember essential settings, prevent misuse and process a requested form or payment. These functions are needed to deliver the service. Turning them off may prevent the site or dashboard from working.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog on the public website, and PostHog in the Brand dashboard, to understand visits and feature use, and Sentry to record errors. The information may include a device or browser identifier, visited pages, approximate location derived from connection data, referral source and interaction events. We configure analytics to avoid sending Campaign brief text, chat, payment-card data or Creator private contact details as event values. Analytics information is used for service improvement, not to decide Creator payouts.

Advertising and retargeting

Concre may use advertising tags on the public website to measure campaigns and show Concre advertisements to previous visitors. Such tags are not used to expose private Campaign briefs or Creator content to advertisers. We do not place advertising or retargeting tags in private Campaign chat. Where a technology is used for cross-site tracking and applicable law or platform rules require permission, we obtain it before activation. A visitor may also use the available site controls and browser settings to limit optional technologies.

Your choices

The site presents information and controls for optional analytics and advertising technologies. Necessary technology remains active. Changing a preference affects future collection on that browser and does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected. You may also use browser controls to clear existing cookies.
