You pay the creators’ prices plus a Concre fee: 20% on campaigns and 7% on paid events. There is no subscription and no sign-up fee. Creators pay 5% of their price when they are paid.

You see every creator, their price and the total first. You pay after you confirm your list.

If a creator drops out, we find a replacement or refund what you paid for that creator in full. If something goes wrong with the work, report it and Concre settles the case by paying the creator or refunding you.

Concre does. They are not added to your bill.

Yes, with prepaid credits. You pay your Concre fee in advance at a discount of 10% to 20%, depending on how much you plan to spend. Unused credit expires at the end of the plan. It is not refunded or carried over.

Yes. Every payment and every refund gets a receipt by email, and your account’s owners can find them all on the Transactions page.

No. Concre is a marketplace. You set the brief and the budget, you decide who goes ahead and you approve the content. There is no retainer: you pay a flat fee on what you spend.

They are read from Instagram and TikTok, never typed in by the creator.

Yes. You approve the storyboard first, then the video. You can ask for up to 2 revisions at each step. Nothing is posted until you approve it.

Each draft is checked against your brief: the caption, what is said and shown on camera, and the music. The checks are advice. You make the decision.

Yes. You can download every version of every storyboard and draft.

You see it marked as late. The creator can ask for more days, which you can agree to or decline. If it becomes a problem, report it from your conversation with the creator.

Yes, to launches, tastings and other events. On paid events, the Concre fee is 7% on top of the appearance fees.

The Concre app for creators is coming soon. Brands will come to you with a price, and you say yes or no.
