Brand Terms
Version 1.2 | 20 October 2026
These Terms govern a Brand’s use of Concre’s web dashboard. Concre Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202631448W) provides matching, booking, payment administration and Campaign tools. The Brand and each Creator enter a separate booking-specific Campaign Agreement. Concre administers the booking but is not the Creator’s employer or the maker of the Creator’s content.
1. Account and authority
The Brand must provide accurate business information and use a work email. Concre may verify its UEN, business status and representative before it can reach Creators. A person registering or managing a Brand account confirms that they are at least 18 and authorised to act for that Brand. The Brand controls access for its staff and is responsible for actions taken through its account. Before payment, an authorised representative must accept the exact Campaign Agreement version shown at checkout. The representative confirms their authority; Concre records the exact agreement version, the representative’s legal name and authenticated account ID, whether they are the account owner or an authorised representative, their authority declaration, and the Singapore date and time of acceptance. Only the Creator signs the generated agreement in the app.
2. Campaigns and matching
The Brand supplies a lawful, accurate brief with the deliverables, posting account, usage rights, territory, duration, start trigger, required disclosures, music requirement, deadlines, expenses and any exclusivity. Rights to use a Creator’s content must be stated and priced before that Creator agrees. An optional non-compete must identify the restricted competitors or category, duration and price. A Brand may not expand the work or rights by inserting new terms into a later private brief without the Creator’s recorded agreement.
Concre shortlists interested Creators at quoted prices. The Brand sees the shortlist and selects whom it wants. An inquiry or shortlist is not a paid booking. A booking is confirmed when the Creator signs its Campaign Agreement and the Brand accepts the same version in checkout. The Brand pays once for all selected Creators. If payment is not made within 14 days after the booking is ready for checkout, the booking may expire. Work opens only after Concre confirms receipt through Stripe.
For confidential Campaigns, the early summary must disclose deliverables and proposed usage rights even if identifying details are hidden. The selected Creator signs the Brand’s NDA before receiving the full brief. The full brief is released after payment. If it contains materially new work or rights, the Creator may decline or request a revised price before work. Concre puts only that Creator booking on hold. If no revised agreement is reached before work, Concre may offer a replacement; failing an accepted replacement, it refunds that Creator’s fee and corresponding 20% Brand fee.
Concre will treat a marked confidential brief as confidential, limit access to personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Campaign, and require appropriate confidentiality protections from those providers. The Brand authorises the disclosed processing needed for the chosen Concre features, including any separately disclosed AI processing. The Brand must not upload an NDA or material that forbids that processing without first agreeing a workable alternative with Concre. Concre will not use confidential Campaign details in public marketing without the separate permissions described below.
3. Price, Stripe and payout
For a content Campaign, the Brand pays the sum of the selected gross Creator Fees plus Concre’s 20% Brand platform fee on those fees. For a paid Event appearance, the fee is 7%. Concre shows a breakdown and total before payment. After Stripe confirms successful payment, Concre emails a single invoice to the Brand account’s registered email address that lists each selected Creator Fee as ‘Creator fee collected by Concre on behalf of [Creator legal name]’, then the Creator Fee subtotal, Concre’s separate Brand platform fee and the total payable. Concre bears ordinary card and bank processing fees; any tax lawfully applicable to Concre’s own fee is shown as required. Creators receive their applicable Creator Fee less Concre’s separate fixed 5% Creator service fee. The Brand does not pay each Creator separately and Creators need not issue an invoice to Concre as a condition of payout.
Stripe processes the upfront payment. Concre controls the platform payment and payout instructions under these Terms and the Campaign Agreement. A Creator payout is made when the agreed completion condition occurs or when an undisputed automatic-release period expires. Money received through Stripe is not represented as a bank deposit, statutory trust or licensed escrow for the Brand, and Concre does not guarantee that card payments are immune from chargeback. For a performance concern, the Brand should first use Concre’s dispute process where practicable. Nothing here limits a payment-card right that cannot lawfully be waived.
For Creator-posted work, the Creator supplies the agreed live URL and any agreed partnership code; if no genuine dispute is raised through Concre within two business days, Concre will initiate payout. For Brand-posted work, the Creator submits the final file after the agreed revision process. If the Brand does not identify a specific, brief-based defect through Concre within two business days, that file is deemed approved for payout and the agreed content rights, and Concre will initiate payout. The Brand can approve either payout earlier. Its later choice of posting date does not defer payment. Payout initiation is subject to a payment failure, lawful hold or Stripe processing time. For a paid Event, the Brand records attendance; Concre will initiate payout two business days after the agreed Event ends if no genuine dispute is raised, subject to the same holds and processing time. Concre may pause only the affected booking while a dispute or chargeback is reviewed.
For the content review and paid Event no-dispute periods, a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. The period starts when the agreed completion evidence is submitted or the Event ends. If this happens on a non-business day, the period starts at the same Singapore time on the next business day. It ends at the same Singapore time two business days after it starts.
4. Review, changes and deadlines
The Brand must review a proposed post before the Creator publishes it and give clear, brief-consistent feedback. A standard video booking includes two revision rounds unless its Campaign Agreement states otherwise. Interim milestones are guidance; the final delivery or posting date is firm unless both parties agree an extension through Concre. While a dispute or payment chargeback on a booking is open, its deadlines are paused, and they continue afterwards with the time that was left. New work, broader usage rights or a material deadline change requires both parties’ recorded agreement and any revised price before it binds the Creator. A request for an extension is not acceptance of one.
5. Cancellation and refunds
If the Brand cancels ordinary content work for convenience, the Creator Fee payable is determined by the highest completed stage: 0% before qualifying work; 25% after a compliant storyboard or agreed concept is submitted; 50% after production begins with reasonable evidence; 75% after a complete draft is delivered; and 100% after publication or delivery of final approved Brand-posted files. Stages are alternatives, not cumulative. The 25% stage does not apply where no storyboard or concept is part of the booking. Approved, evidenced non-refundable expenses are considered separately. Concre retains the 20% Brand fee for matching and booking work performed; it refunds the unused Creator Fee.
If a selected Creator or Concre cannot proceed before work and the Brand does not accept a replacement, the Brand receives the whole amount paid for that Creator booking, including the corresponding platform fee. The same full refund applies where a confidential post-payment brief adds materially new requirements and no revised agreement is reached before any work. Other Creator bookings continue.
If the Brand cancels a paid Event before the Creator attends, the appearance fee is refunded and Concre retains its 7% booking fee. If the Creator no-shows, the Brand receives both amounts back after review. A proposed date change is not binding without the Creator’s agreement. Any approved preparation work or expense follows the booking-specific agreement. If the Brand proposes a new on-site filming date and the Creator does not agree, the affected content booking follows the Brand convenience cancellation stages above: Concre retains the 20% Brand fee, pays the Creator the highest qualifying work stage less their 5% service fee, and refunds the unused Creator Fee. The Creator need not attend the proposed new date. If a Creator misses required on-site filming under a content Campaign without an agreed change or Brand-caused prevention, Concre will verify the no-show and refund the Brand the full amount for that Creator booking, including the Creator Fee and 20% Brand fee, even if a storyboard was submitted.
6. Rights in content
The Creator normally owns copyright in original content. The Brand receives only the licence or ownership assignment expressly shown and priced in the Campaign Agreement. It must specify the uses, channels, territory, duration and start trigger. Paid advertising, raw files, editables, sublicensing, exclusivity and ownership transfer are included only when separately stated and priced. Availability of a draft or final file in Concre does not expand those rights. An unfinished storyboard, preview or draft may be viewed for review and feedback only. The Brand must not publish, post, advertise, repost, distribute for marketing or otherwise use it as content while the Campaign is in progress. A cancellation-stage payment does not buy rights to use unfinished work. If the Brand posts the final file, the Creator may not post it separately unless the agreement permits that use.
Paid-advertising rights and other time-limited content rights end after the usage days stated in the Campaign Agreement. The Brand must stop using the final content at expiry unless it agrees an extension with the Creator through Concre. Unauthorised continued use incurs the daily excess-use penalty stated in that agreement: 115% × (gross Creator Fee ÷ agreed usage days), rounded to the nearest cent, for each Singapore calendar day or part of a day of overrun. The amount is owed to the Creator and may be collected by Concre on the Creator’s behalf. Paying it does not extend the rights or authorise continued use. The charge does not apply to an effective ownership assignment.
The Brand is responsible for the legality of its product, claims, brief, required disclosures and approvals. The Creator is responsible for their performance and for rights in materials they choose, subject to the Brand’s instructions and supplied materials. A request for ‘copyright’ or ‘non-copyright’ music is only a category instruction; each use still needs the rights required by the social platform and the Campaign, particularly for paid ads. The Brand must approve any Creator post before publication. Concre can assist with a reported early deletion, but any remedy against the Creator follows the Campaign Agreement and the facts of that booking.
7. Events and third-party information
For a standalone paid Event appearance, the brief states arrival time, duration, location and appearance fee. An appearance alone does not include a content deliverable. If the Creator is required to attend an event to film or post content, the Brand must state the venue, attendance requirements and deliverables in the content Campaign brief. That booking has one content Creator Fee and follows the content completion and Brand-cancellation rules, including the 20% Brand fee. The Brand is responsible for venue safety, invitations, photography notices, permissions and lawful use of Event images. Concre may provide attendance and roster tools, but the Brand controls the Event and information it enters about guests. A third-party drive link supplied by the Brand remains the Brand’s responsibility.
The Brand may use Creator data received through Concre only for the booking, safety, compliance or legitimate relationship management. It must protect that data, restrict access to authorised personnel and not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. A Brand roster is for internal reference; Concre may restrict bulk export or misuse of its Creator database.
8. Prohibited use and safety
The Brand must not use Concre for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, sexually explicit, exploitative or vice-related work; unlawful drugs, weapons or other prohibited goods; or activity that infringes rights or endangers users. Concre may hide a flagged brief, pause the affected Campaign, investigate and reject or stop prohibited work. It will not suspend an account solely because a report was made. After review, it may suspend a serious or repeat offender. Amounts due to Creators for work already completed remain payable under the Campaign Agreement. Refunds and Concre fees are assessed under the applicable stage and cancellation rules, subject to mandatory law. Concre does not acquire a general right to confiscate all prepaid Creator Fees as a penalty.
Users may report content or another user in Campaign chat and may block one another. Concre may review reported content and remove it. The Community Standards give further detail.
9. AI and privacy
Concre uses OpenAI, Google Gemini and ElevenLabs for brief preparation, advisory content checks and transcription. Relevant Campaign material, including confidential material, may be processed by these services. Concre will submit Campaign material only through provider accounts and settings or agreements that prohibit use of Concre submissions to train their general models; service and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. The Brand must have authority to upload personal data and confidential material for the disclosed processing. The Brand Privacy Policy explains data handling. Use of Concre’s AI tools does not relieve the Brand of its responsibility to review content and comply with law.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
Raise a booking dispute through Concre promptly with the reasons and evidence. Concre may pause the affected booking or payout, obtain both parties’ positions and propose a resolution. Concre cannot guarantee a Creator’s performance or make a court’s final determination. If the Brand initiates a chargeback during work, the affected Creator must pause. If a chargeback succeeds and payment is lost, the Brand has no right to use unpaid content, including for advertising, and Concre may request takedown of an unpaid published post. Concre may suspend a Brand after review and seek recovery of sums properly owed, including through the courts. A chargeback does not erase an already accrued contractual obligation.
11. Liability and law
Concre is responsible for its own proven breach and cannot exclude liability that Singapore law does not allow it to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for a Brand-Creator obligation, off-platform arrangement, social-platform outage or third-party rights failure it did not cause. Nothing in these Terms gives Concre a right to keep Creator Fees for unperformed work beyond the agreed cancellation or dispute outcome.
These Terms and each Campaign Agreement are governed by Singapore law. The parties first try to resolve a dispute through Concre. If unresolved, the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law applicable outside Singapore.
12. Changes and contact
Concre may change these Terms with notice. A material change does not alter an accepted Campaign Agreement without the parties’ agreement. Contact support@concre.app or dpo@concre.app for privacy matters. Registered address: 16 Jalan Kilang Timor, #07-08, Redhill Forum, Singapore 159308.
